Sleeping Tips

Ellen says: Nearly 25 percent of all adults suffer regularly from insomnia. They have difficulty falling asleep and staying asleep. Insomnia itself is not a medical disorder, but it is a symptom of problems such as stress, jet lag, chronic pain, noise, or side effects of some medications.

In order to improve your chances of restful sleep,, do somethiong that you find relaxing for an hour before going to bed. You might read, listen to music, or take a warm bath. Be sure to sleep in a quiet, dark room that is between 60 and 65 degrees farenheit. Establish a regular sleeping schedule, but don't go to bed until you are sleepy. If you can't fall asleep within twenty minutes of going to bed, get out of bed and return when you are sleepy. Get up at the same time every morning.

God loves you and, if you put your trust in Him, He will give you a good night sleep.
