Ellen says: Oh my gosh! I was so enthralled at the sight of those models in a fashion show that I witnessed last night at the big dome of the CCP!

The clothes were fantastically made by a wide variety of famous local fashion designers in the country.

While I was continuously clapping with my hands in excitement, I was among the thousands of fashion enthusiasts last night who were applauding the models doing their rampage onstage.

I could not help but to reminisce my teen life when I used to sport those clothes that would accent my 26 inch waistine.

Oh my goodness! Those were the days of my being a fashion trend setter!

I am no certainly trying to be Imeldific as I do not have a bulk of thousands of shoes in my possession, but certainly, I have some pairs which I can really call as the most long-lasting pairs of shoes in my lifetime!

Nahhhhh, I did not acquire them from abroad. They were actually locally purchased by my picky and delicate taste for shoes!

Good heavens - it's beautiful! I'm picky when it comes to bags but I can already see that this one will be a favorite of mine for years to come.

Ellen says: I have a curly hair and even before I knew how to groom it, it seriously got an Afro look.

The biggest problem with curly hair is controlling those unruly curls and the frizz that comes with it. But it's not as difficult as it sounds.

First, never ever brush your hair while it's dry. This will cause your hair to frizz. Get yourself a big toothcomb to be used when in the shower.

After washing your hair, apply conditioner and brush out all knots with the big toothcomb. Leave conditioner in for about two minutes and rinse.

Wring excess water from your hair and wrap a towel around it for about two minutes. Take towel off and loosen your curls lightly with your fingers and apply gel.

There are a lot of products on the market to control frizz, but I simply use gel and style it. I then let my hair dry naturally (it's short so it doesn't take very long), but you can use a blow drier on low or use a diffuser, then add hairspray to block humidity and add shine.

Remember; try not to touch your hair as it causes the curls to frizz and loose shape.

If your hair has a medium curl but seems to flop towards the end of the day you can use a mousse, this will give extra volume to your hair and keep your curls tight all day.

The beauty about curly hair is that you can do so much with it and with all the available tools readily available it's never been easier.

Short hair takes a lot less time to style than long hair, so I can have curly hair in the morning using a diffuser, dead straight hair in the afternoon using a flat iron and trendy wisps in the evening using flat iron or curling tong.
