I know it's har to eat the low-fat way at first. Dont think for one moment I don't remember how much I loved the taste of fried chicken, skin and all. But fat hiding in that delicious treat caused me more distress than giving up the chicken did.
Where fat hiding in your diet? Do you always cook your chicken without the skin? Do you buy the leanest meat and low-fat or fat-free dairy products? Unless a salad dressing is low-fat or fat-free, it's sure to be packed with saturated, artery-clogging fat. And of course, desserts are usually loaded with fat. Begin cooking and eating the low fat way. The life you save belongs to the king of kings.
