The power of calcium to kids

Ellen says: Calcium's thickening power was comfirmed! A landmark three-year study looked at forty five sets of twins between the ages of six and fourteen. One child from each pair ate the Recommended Dietary Allowance of calcium and the other child nearly doubled that amount with supplements added to diet. Tha latter preteens gained 3 percent in total bone density. That boost in calcium- if maintained-would mean a 30 percent decrease in fracture risk.

The RDA for calcium for children under eleven translates roughly into three glasses off milk. But parents should not stop there. Four or five sources such as milk, yogurt, fortified juices, broccoli, and oranges should be included in their diet. So when my little boy Rallione is hovering by the refrigerator for a snack. I will just peel an orange for him?
