Gym for kids

Ellen says: Is my child overweight? Overweight children are not only the target for emotional abuse from their peers, but these children also risk developing hypertension, orthopedic disorders, and heart and respiratory disease, not to mention high cholesterol.

Parents must take wise action. Here are some tips: 1. Get the help of a physician when dealing with diets for children. Consider your child's height, weight and age. Most children do not thin out until age five or six. 2. Check the activity level of your child. 3. How much does the child eat? What is child's cholesterol level? 4. Are you or your spouse overweight? If you both have a weight problem, your child has an 80 percent chance of having the same. If one of you is overweight, the chance drops to 40 percent; if neither, the chance is 10 percent. 5. Teach good dietary habits. teach the child to know when his body is full. 6. Exercise as a family. Most of all. Be positive! and why not bring them to the Gym for kids.
