creeping obesity

>
Ellen says: When we are young, the muscles in our body are long and lean with very little fat. As we get older and become less active, however, making them short and squal.

In fact, muscles can become so saturated with fat that they just can't hold anymore? Where does the fat go? To the outside of the muscle. The scales, however, do not reflect this change because the fat that is replacing muscle weighs less that muscle.

When the muscle has finally wasted away, we realize that we are getting fatter! This is called " Creeping Obesity " because it creeps up on you, and you don't even know it!

God's Word gives us wisdom for practical, everyday living. Wisdom tells us to exercise these bodies. It is foolish to destroy them by inactivity.
