If you can settle for a banana or a nectarine for a dessert, that's great. But if you can't, take your sugar "straight up", without the fat. Try angel food cake or a couple of plain low fat gingersnaps. You will have the sweets without the fat. But sugar stimulates the appetite for some people, so eating sweets actually makes them hungrier. If sugar affect you this way, you would be wise not to eat it.
Ask the Lord to give you a taste for the natural sugar found in fresh fruit and to help you find healthy, low fat substitutes for dessert.
