Exercise means...


Gbex says: The older you get " the lighter" you tend to sleep. And light sleep is not as satisfactory as deep sleep.

In a recent study of two dozen men ages sixty to seventy two researchers found that those who exercised vigorously three times a week fell asleep twice as fast and enjoyed deeper sleep. Activities that help are jogging aerobic walking, swimming, bicycling, and tennis.
