Low-Cholesterol Breakfast

Are you a single parent, busy mom or dad, and say you don't have time to fix a good breakfast? You'll be glad to know the best breakfast for fighting and lowering cholesterol is a breakfast of ready-to-eat-cereal.

One study showed that women and children who eat a cereal breakfast actually consume less cholesterol all day than those who skip breakfast or who eat some other nutritious breakfast. Why? Cereal eaters do not stack later in the morning with high-cholesterol item such as doughnuts, danish, etc. Breakfast skippers usually attack these about mid-morning. Even those in the study who did eat some of these things had much lower cholesterol by starting the day with a low-cholesterol breakfast.

So, how about a good breakfast? It will boost your nutrition and work performance. Ask the Lord to help you begin the healthy habit of eating breakfast. And get ready to have a great day.
