
Ellen says: Let's take a closer look at this group of normal weight people . One common characteristic seems to apply to these very disciplined individuals. The study found that the group made conscious decisions about (1) what to eat, (2) when to eat, and (3) how much to eat. They did nit bringe, but they didn't ever feel extremely hungry either. These people were not starving themselves or just nibbling on salads for lunch to maintain their weight.
It seems that people who really restrain themselves when it comes to eating are more likely to bringe. They are tense about what they eat, and when they lose control due to stress or anxiety, hand, those who exercise self control of them. One of the fruits of the Spirit is self-control.
