Calm Down

Ellen says: After any vigorous exercise, you should go through a cool down phase. When you stop, your skeletal muscles relax, but your heart continues working hard to bring the oxygen to your muscles. It continues to pound in your chest. As a result, the mscles are not able to assist the circulation system in getting blood back to your heart. Your blood pressure can then drop and you can become light-headed. You may faint or even worse.

After vigorous exercise , walk at an easy pace for five to ten minutes or until you are no longer breathing hard. This keeps the large muscles in the legs active while the blood supply is redisturbed. Your cool down time is crucial part of your workout. Don't short chane your body by being too quick to stop.

We also need patience in our spiritual lives. If we keep doing the will of God, we will eventually recieve what He has promised us.
