Boost Your Brain Power

Ellen says: Do you sometimes find yourself unable to concentrate? If so, try reaching for an apple or bunch of grapes. These fruits, along with other foods like pears, leafy vegetables, and nuts are good source of boron.

A recent study found that increasing volunteers' daily boron intakes produced striking changes in their brain wave patterns. Subjects on diets extremely low in boron were less alert. Experts believe 3 to 5 milligrams of boron per day fuels mental functioning. The typical diet of refined foods, meats, dairy products, and grains delivers only about 1 milligram. Several daily servings of fresh fruits and vegetables will bring levels up to par.

Our Heavenly Father knows exactly what we need. Not only has He given us spiritual power that enables us to have a sound mind, But He created foods for us to eat that would help our brains to function better. God is so good.

Doing all sorts of things, we sometimes become dull. Its important to boost our brain. Forget the old tradition of eating almonds, dry fruits. One can go discover new hobbies and increase energy, try some fun tactics like write 10 things on a sheet of paper and recollect it after an hour or two.
