Heat rash

Ellen Says:----The best way to avoid heat rashes on the face is to keep yourself cool and dry all the time. You should frequently splash cold water on your face and then pat your skin dry with a soft cotton towel. Also, carry some soft tissue to wipe away sweat from your face.

Rubbing your face with an ice pack for five minutes every day may also help prevent the appearance of heat rashes. Strictly avoid oily and spicy foods, as they tend to induce increased production of sebum, which make your skin greasy and prone to heat rashes. Drink plenty of water throughout the day and supplement this with a generous intake of fruits and fruit juices. This will ensure that your skin remains well hydrated without becoming greasy.
