The key to a Healthy Family

Ellen Says:Family First - Your family should be your Top priority so treat them that way.

Family Night - Set aside a fun night for the family. Let the kids choose (they still remember how to have fun). If you are married you need to set aside another night for date night
(No Kids).

Family Goals - Set family goals to keep things on track.

Family Meetings - Hold family meetings often to discuss things. Communicate!

Hugs & Kisses - Hug and kiss your kids and spouse DAILY! NEVER let one day go by without getting a hug from everyone in your family. Tomorrow is not promised so get busy.

check! ;) the family is worth more than any other thing in this world. we have to make our very best in keeping everything next to "perfection" if we can.
