My favorites are the old-fashioned cookie press, Spritz, made with almond extract. My sweet angel daughter really likes Peanut Butter Kisses - you know the ones - a simple peanut butter cookie with a Hershey Kiss on top. I'm also going to make Scottish Shortbread just because it is tradition. What cookies are you making for Christmas this year? How many different kinds?
