Life Energy

Ellen Says: A healthy diet and exercise is the best way to keep our family healthy and fit. Get the kids away from the TV and take them on a walk around the neighborhood or to the park. Make it a family habit and we will all be happier, healthier and fit.

I exercise regularly to keep fit and even if I don't have time to exercise I try to move mybody as much as I can. If I have a choice between taking the elevator or the stairs I chose the latter.

Stress can also disturb our health. It can also disturb our sleep thus giving us headaches and insomnia. It is important to relieve ourself from stress to stay healthy. A sound mind gives a healthy body.

There are ways we can relieve from stress. Try and do something we really like and not think about anything negative. Pamper our body and our soul. Go for a massage or soak in a hot tub, exercise, do yoga and meditate, read a good book or play with your pets, listen to some good music. And how about a try to a new product Gochi. These are said to be great stress busters.
