Healthier Breakfast alternatives

Ellen says: Parents should instill the importance of eating healthy among their kids while they’re young. Make time for our kids, sit down with them during meals to ensure that they’re eating their veggies and grains and remind them of the long-term benefits of eating nutritious foods.

Just like most moms, I also have a hard time feeding my kids healthier foods in the morning, particularly my youngest child Rallione, who’s in that age where he’d only eat what he likes. However, breakfast cereals such as Honey Stars, Koko Krunch, Milo, Cookie Crisp, Fitnesse, Fitnesses & Fruit, Almond Clusters and Banana Nut Clusters to give Rallione a healthier first meal of the day. Now I know I have healthier breakfast alternatives that I can give my little boy, which are not only healthy but also taste really good.
