
On the other hand, if the wives don't watch their fat intake, most of their husbands do not watch their's either. If the person in the family who plans the meals can adopt healthier dietary habits, those habits may the transferred to others. In the other words, husband and children usually eat what the wife eat.
As wives and mothers, we are mainly responsible for seeing that our family gets nourishing meals. Let's do all we can to not only set as good example with our eating habits but also to prepare food that will keep our husband and children healthy.
