Just a Healthy Lifestyle

Gbex says: A healthy lifestyle begun at age thirty ,light extend the average life expectancy in those country by as much as fifteen years. Better yet, these could be healthy years.

Many of the debilitating conditions we associate with aging are really just consequences of our lifestyle that can be controlled. Proper nutrition and exercise can reduce risks of cardiovascular disease or cancer.

The same healthy behaviors that can help us live longer can also help us live well. The earlier such behaviors are adopted, the better. Don't get discouraged if you start late. Benefits can be gained even well into old age.

It may be even more important to adopt healthy habits as we age because of our bodies become less capable of tolerating abuse. Our bodies' systems of defense weaken with age. We shouldn't think it's too late to start just because we've entered our golden years. Our golden years may need the most care at all.
