Gbex says: To benefit most from exercise you need the three components described by the word FIT: F-frequent; I-intensity; T-time. The length of time you exercise and the frequency at which you do it are most important.Intensity will usually follow automatically because your body will adjust to more strenuous exercise as you progress.
Getting started is not that hard; it's keeping it up that's challenging. Maybe you started exercising with the new year and now that you've been at it for a while, you are bored. A change in your routine will help. If you've been jogging, try alternating walking or biking every other day. Or, if your exercise routine has lost it's appeal, buy a new video or switch to playing tennis.
Keep going and going like the "Energizer Battery." A little bit of drudgery is worth the new level of energy you've acquired through exercising. Don't quit, even if all you do is ride your stationary bike during the evening news! Exercise is for a lifetime. God will reward your persistence.
