Vitamins and minerals as a supplements

Ellen says: It's becoming more and more clear through scientific research that certain vitamins and minerals, along with exercise and a healthy diet, are associated with lower risk of heart disease.
Also, there's laboratory evidences tat suggests that certain nutrients help prevent LDL cholesterol, bad stuff from being damaged by mulated oxygen molecules known as free radicals. Free radicals cause changes in LDL that make it accumulate in your arteries, forming the "fatty streaks" that are the first signs of heart disease.

Preliminary research has linked supplemental vitamins and minerals with lower risk of heart disease. They include Vitamin B, potassium, calcium, and trace minerals like magnesium, chromium, and selenium.

God has promised to bless our food and water. We also need to trust Him to use vitamin and mineral supplements to strengthen our bodies.
