Not every piece will fit

Ellen says: A wonderful relationship with most of our family members does not mean we' ll have a good relationship with all our family members. Nor does a strained relationship with some family members mean you we'll have a difficult relationship with all our family members.

Although a family is a unit, the success of our ability to function in that unit is based on our ability to understand people as individuals, and treat them as individuals regardless of their good and bad aspect.
