try hold on. Try to stretch and grow. Invest in changes that both of you can share. The fear of change is the fear that we can't also grow. Push for your own growth, and you won't feel anxious about the future.
A midlife crisis,whether it seems positive or negative, comes from the heart. It is a desire to have a full life.. Push for growth in yourself, and the resolution will be positive.. It may not be what you planned years ago, but it will be positive nonetheless.
