jealousy is automatic

Ellen says:Why don't my parents love me as much as they love my sister? Why don't my children love me as much as they love their father? Why doesn't my family get along as well with each other as my friend's family does? We all ask question like these? But it's not because we're unloved ou unlovable. It's because human beings have competetive feelings all the time, even when the situation doesn't warrant it.

We constantly question our position relative to others, and constantly worry that were somehow falling behind. While you may not be able to stop yourself from having these feelings, you can recognize them for what they are-automatic insecurities that have nothing to do with reality- and steer yourself back to reality
