Foot odor cure with calming benefits

Ellen says: A friend of mine who works in the spa industry recently turned me on to foot-odor cure with calming benefits. Before going to bed, soak your feet in a large bowl filled with warm water and five drops of lavender essential oil.

In addition to containing natural antiseptic and antifungal properties that help eliminates odor causing bacteria from the feet, lavender has been proven to increase cirulation and release nervous tension-just what our tired tootsies need after a long day. What's more, the relaxing aroma will help us sleep.
