Dom says: Old age can be viewed as the twilight of our lives. This morning, it was difficult to get up from bed for our 4:00Am Vigils at Church.
My body was heavy and my muscles were aching and strained. I tried to reach for something to hold on until I was able to get hold of the tip of the wood blinds that hang on my window.
The window shield was strong enough to withstand the weight of my body.
I was able to get up successfully with the help of the wooden blinds in my window. I reached for my medical supplies and pills for the pains in my back. I sustained this pain as side effect from a kind of ailment that only devrom can give a soothing relief. The knowledge of the medical info, I got from a shared information through a medical supply blog owned and written by medical professionals and since then, my pains get relieved everytime I use it.
Old people can be seen as burdens. Yet, for those who see with the eyes of love, old age could well mean the golden years of our lives. Just like the wooden blinds that hang on the windows of our rooms, they aged yet with graciousness and wisdom. Let us be like our window's blind that can stand the test of time.

Gbex says:Vitamins have diverse biochemical functions, including function as hormones (vitamin D), antioxidants (vitamin E), and mediators of cell signaling and regulators of cell and tissue growth and differentiation (evitamin A).
The largest number of vitamins (B complex vitamins) function as precursors for enzyme cofactor bio-molecules (coenzymes), that help act as catalysts and substrates in metabolism.
When acting as part of a catalyst, vitamins are bound to enzymes and are called prosthetic groups. For example, biotin is part of enzymes involved in making fatty acids. Vitamins also act as coenzymes to carry chemical groups between enzymes.
For example, folic acid carries various forms of carbon group – methyl, formyl and methylene - in the cell. Although these roles in assisting enzyme reactions are vitamins' best-known function, the other vitamin functions are equally important.
