Get a Loan for a New Car!

My friend and buddy, Dom, sent me a long email expressing his anxiety over a problem that concerned a decision he had to make on a significant issue that pertains to his community's old Chevrolet car.

I wrote my friend back and enlightened him on the issues that were confronting him. I suggested to him that he must choose to get rid of the old car and buy a brand new one.
