hoping that her proposal be granted

Lawrence says: Rhea, a friend of mine just submitted her Home Loan Modification today. She proposed that they take both her mortgages and modify them from 30 years to 40 years and keep her interest rates the same (she have good interest rates...)

She is hoping that they'll seriously consider her proposal.She need to get her mortgages down from $1850.00 to about $1000.00 in order to be able to keep the house.She'll also need to take in 2 house mates and cut off pest control, cell and LAN lines, internet and house alarm.

She don't want to move again. She don't want to rent some strangers house. She wanted her son to stay in the same school with all his friends. But there's nothing she can do. But to wait, hoping that her proposal be granted.

I really hope I can do something now to ease her difficulties. We've been friends for so long,we treated each other as brother and sister. Eventhough we are miles away, I will always keep her in my prayer.
