Ellen says:Eggs are the most diet friendly breakfast food according to my grandma. She always share what she have read to us. Expert from Michigan Rochester center for obesity research says that "Egss are Good to Eat" according to her. They found out that a person who had two eggs and toast ate 400 calories during the day than those who had food with cream cheese and yogurt. Well, in that case...I will no longer deprive myself from eating egg.
