I don't really know exactly the term used to call a transmission that is being held by the captain of the ship or the pilot that makes the boat and/or ship run through the raging waters, but I guess you know what I am trying to say here - that a proper boating education and sea training should be possessed by someone who will handle and drive the ship in the waters...
The picture below shows a cupsized ship that took countless lives and missing ones as well---Could it be because of a natural calamity that struck the sea while this ship is on the middle of the raging waters? or is it otherwise???
I really don't know, but the bottomline is: alertness of the ship captain and the pilot on preparedness while onboard the ship is something that must be taken a very serious look and scrutiny before a student in a seaman school may be allowed to graduate...
