there's always a child in us!

The notion that there is always a child in every human being no matter how old the person is, always comes out naturally on occasions in which no one expects it will come out from him or her.

I guess this has occured to me and to my friend just last night.

After a long day's travails at Quiapo's hustle bustle of feastings and all that, my friend decided to give ourselves some refreshing break at the Cultural Center of the Philippines Complex for really some fresh cool air as the place in Quiapo where we went yesterday was indeed suffocating with the crowd and the heat of the very humid day, huh! It certainly did drill us to our bonemarrows.

So off to the CCP!...I can say, indeed adults still have a child in them as my friend was drawn of his attention from a mere walk and stroll to the CCP's breakwater to the glitters and neon lights of the Star City's carnival. So, as the saying goes, "when you are in Rome, do what the Romans do", I went with him inside the carnival and the rest is a history to be told....
